My back camera is all black. It does work on certain apps but in the camera app the screen is all black. How can I fix it? I’ve tried to turn off the phone and reload the camera app, nothing works. And my camera is not blocked from anything on the back of the phone.

I have tried all the steps except restoring to factory settings. I really don't want to do that.
