Zoom

My phone has gone into zoom I have tried tapping with three fingers and nothing is working, I can’t even unlock it to go into settings at the moment.

please help

You have to hold until the Apple Logo appears. If you let go before the Apple logo appears, you won't get a forced restart.

Do this: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (KEEP HOLDING PAST THE SWIPE TO POWER OFF) until the Apple logo appears, THEN let go.

Thank you all for your help this all started when I applied the Zoom app so my grandson can do his music lessons with his teacher. I have checked my settings and my zoom is off so can’t understand why it happened.
