iPhone storage problem

Got this message that iPhone storage is full. I have iPhone 6s 16 GB.

In the photos album I have only two photos. I have deleted all other photos sometime back. I have also deleted a number of apps . At the moment I have only about six apps. Some of these like twitter, Amazon, YouTube, Uber are uninstalled ,as are files, iTunes , maps etc.

Still the storage remains at 15.3/4 GB!

Need your help

Connect your iPhone to computer iTunes and do

backup
restore from back

See if you can check the deleted items folder in the Photos app. If the photos are still in there then permanently delete them.

i checked the photos app . Nothing in the delete folder.

the following figures can give some idea of storage on my phone:

system : 5.37 GB

Other: 9.65 GB
