iPhone XR broken

Will not turn off

when I put passcode in it only shows a grey screen.

siri will not bring me to apps either

I do not know what or why this is happening but it is very frustrating

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support ⬅︎ try this...


  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
