Why aren’t some of my movies I have purchased not showing up in my library ?

Have you added them to your library ? If not, and if they are still in the store etc., see if you can redownload them : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support (or sync/copy them back from computer/back up of your computer)
