macbook air heating problem

i just got my new mba 2020 (i5+16gb)few days ago, which im so excity lol.

cause i love the new keyboard, thats why i keep waiting until now.

but i found it will very hot on the left hand side and the fan run crazy when i using it (chrome + word)like how i use my mba early 2015 (i5 + 8gb).

is there any solution for it?

yeah, waited for couple of weeks for same config (i5 / 16).

was very pleased with new keyboard.

and extremely dissatisfied with this horrible cooling: impossible to view youtube (especially in 4k) or even listening to streaming music. it is 100 degrees and 8000 rpm almost all time with 20% or higher CPU usage. and even at 10-15% it is very hot.

this is definitely bad / wrong cooling system implemented (fan not connected with cpu).


placed a return request after a week of such "usage".

already packed it and now waiting for courier.

what a disappointment.
