Unable for my applications to have access to contacts

i have the same question as many other people . I have an Iphone 11

if i open for example Signal , Telegram or Twint applications , they dont ask to have access to my contacts and when i go in settings / privacy / contacts , i dont see these applications logos there . Also i go into Restrictions and there is none.

So i dont see how i can let the applications have access to my contacts.

Tap on:

Settings > Contacts > Siri & Search

is "Find Contacts in Other Apps" enabled? If not, enable it and see if that helps.
