Iphone 7 cannot properly make or receive calls
Iphone 7 can make and receive calls but people cannot hear me and i cannot hear them. Turning speaker on doesnt work. Pushing mute doesnt work. How can i make calls again?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support...try this first
Also...Reset your Network Settings.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
