Screen time Passcode not updated

I put the screen time setting into "share across devices"

I changed the screen time passcode for my kids using my iphone.

When I am working on my Mac (same apple id with my iphone); I tried to approve my kid's screen time, the passcode doesn't work!

It seems the new passcode is not updated to Mac!

Any idea how to fix this?
