AirPods automatically disconnects with iPhone

i don't know why my AirPods automatically disconnects while using. i can even go through one song, it automatically disconnects but while i use my AirPods with my MacBook pro, it doesn't have any problem.

help me guys.

Why do my AirPods keep disconnecting randomly? When I play music in my phone and want to play in my AirPods, they randomly disconnect after one or two songs so I have to manually connect them and it just keeps going on and on which this is driving me crazy. Please help me in this situation please.

If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted
