Updates completed but still says there is an update. What to do?

I have completed the software update to my iMac but it still says that there is a software update. I have restarted the computer and set it up for automatic updates but still shows update needed. what do I do?

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.15

You can from your Finder >Go>Go To Folder copy and paste:

 ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.preferences.softwareupdate.plist 


delete this plist and reboot
