Mid-2009 MacBook Pro Update

I have a Mid-2009 13" MacBook Pro. I see that macOS Catalina is not compatible with my model. Is there a previous version I can download to update the OS? Current;ly running OS X Yosemite

Thank you,

MacBook Pro 13", OS X 10.10
