When I access sites such as bbc.com with safari, it stops working and sends the message 'reloading pages'. This never happened until I updated macOS High Sierra yesterday from the App store. Please help me stabilize Safari if you can. Thanks.

1.Backup the computer
2.Reinstall macOS from Recovery.
