My Safari Keeps reloading the web page. It has become unusable since the 13.1 update. I'm running High Sierra 10.13.6 and on pages like my Yahoo mail, and even Home Depot won't load. it keeps looping into a reload over and over.

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.13
