Wacom Tablet Driver

I cannot get the driver for Wacom Intuos to install. Wacom claims it's nothing on their end but has to be something in the OS causing the issue. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Added it in the accessibility section of the security settings, gone in and manually deleted files, and preferences after running the installer to remove, created a new admin account and added it, etc. Can you please help me get it back up and running? I'm on Catalina 10.15.3...It was fine on Yosemite right before this.
