Relocated Items

Newly upgraded Catalina (From High Sierra) created the Relocated Items folder, hidden in the Users file. I have many folders there that contain files I need. They are compatible with Catalins, except for a few random files that are no longer supported. I want to move these files to a more accessible location, similar to the "hard drive" where they used to be. Any suggestions?
