I received an Email that my apple ID has been locked for security reason and when I tried to unlocked it they ask me for my credit card , is this legal? and why they want details about my credit card to unlocked the apple ID?

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
If you provided your Apple ID and password at the bogus site, change your password immediately.

Help me because im so afraid why apple id always ask to unlock and asking for debit card details? If i dont give this details they say its forever lock.

Did you provide any potentially damaging information to anyone? If yes, you'll need to follow up, for example, with a credit card company, Apple, Social Security, your bank, etc.

Before i give my details and it was unlock then my Bank customer service calked me and saying there is suspicious using my debit card. Then they blocked my debit card. Now this apple id email came again. What to do?

That email is a scam. Do not respond to, or otherwise interact with the message. Simply delete the email.
omg i never thought this is scam coz i was alarm by my apple id will be disable😢. Thanks for the help. I hope apple will do something on this scammers.
