Permanently/destructively quantize in Logic Pro X

How do I get Logic Pro X to permanently quantize for Midi export?

I have quantize on, I have my score looking good in Logic, I choose quantize permanently from the Function menu, but when I export the Midi and open in Sibelius, it’s still a mess of 64th notes. What am I missing?

Hi

Try Fixing Note Position and Durations ( after selecting all the notes)
