ASUS Router and Connection to Router USB

Hello-I have a few macs that connect to an ASUS router (RT-AC88U) usb drive which is has SAMBA enable on the router. Everytime the Macs goes to sleep or is rebooted, I have to go and connect to the drive via server connection. Is there a command or method I can use so I don't have to reconnect everytime? Thank you.

Hey there, SebaPN!

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having trouble connecting your Mac computers to a drive on the network after the wake or restart. I'm happy to help!

Based on what you've described, I'd recommend seeing if the information in Connect your Mac to shared computers and servers - Apple Support and If your Mac can’t connect to another computer - Apple Support help

Cheers!
