Left AirPod is not working now but the new one is

Lost an AirPod and bought a replacement through apple, my left one is not working now but the new one is?? Anything I can do to fix this?

Take a look at:

Set up your replacement AirPods or charging case - Apple Support

and

If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support

If you still can't get it to work

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
