I have a late 2014 mac mini that has always run slow, from when I first bought it. I have cleaned it, I have moved everything off of it, and made sure to keep my downloads clear, but it still takes forever to load up and opening any application takes much much longer than my MacBook air (also 2014).
I have run an EtreCheck report (as another post suggested) and was wondering if someone could help me decipher it and diagnose the problem?

It is possible that your Mac’s hard disk is failing. I suggest backing up all of your data and have Apple diagnose your Mac’s hard disk and replace it (if necessary).
