my phone was hacked Iphone 11 128 GB

Hello, my name is Zhuldyz. I live in the city of Nursultan, Kazakhstan. 4 months ago, I bought an Iphone 11 black 128 GB. And I have 2 weeks ago hacked Icloud fraudulently. And still I can't open access, please help. I recently put this phone up for sale, and a customer wrote to me through a social network and fraudulently blocked my ID , and now my phone is in lost mode. Help please. I have a box and a phone receipt in stock

If you are the original owner, contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork.
