Why does my MacBook Air keep dropping in and out of audio?!

I have a brand new 2019 model. This happens with ALL audio every 5-15 minutes. Spotify, Youtube, Netflix, Podcasts. The audio will play, but then drop out. Sound automatically starts again but this is happening every 5-15 minutes and it makes it extremely hard to listen to music.

Audio keeps crashing Whole audio keeps crashing on my Macbook air 2019 after updating to Ventura 13.0. For example if I play music or youtube video then pause it, whole audio turns off and only thing which help is to restart coreaudio process, but then it happend again after pausing another video or music. I have tried almost everything what I found on the internet also restart NVRAM but did not help. I have also noticed that only left in build speaker is workign if the audio is on. Why does Music play significantly quieter than everything else in Montery 12.6.7? What causes Music to play significantly quieter than everything else? When using QuickTime, youtube.com and all other programs & streaming services, the volume is always twice as loud as Music on my MacBook Air 2020 (M1). If the volume is set to 50% music only plays at 25%. I've ran diagnosis however there no problem in the system. This didn't happen until more recent times & it's extremely annoying. And I cannot increase Preamp to increase the volume output because that causes sources to go from Green & Amber, to Red which causes major issues with distortion of audio output.

Startup in Safe mode. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201262

To leave Safe Mode, click  in the menu bar and choose “Restart”
