Unable to install High Sierra

Hello, i have been trying to install High Sierra (upgrade from Sierra) but every single time i always get the following message "An error occured while preparing the installation. Try running this application again.". Could you please help?

My computer is a Macbook pro mid 2010, currently running Sierra version 10.12.6

Go to your Applications and Download folders and delete any previously downloaded installers, named "Install Mac OS High Sierra" The restart your Mac and try again.
