Help - OS X reinstall error message

I wiped the hard drive on my MacBook Pro & when it goes to restart / reinstall I get an error message: ‘OS X could not be installed on your computer. No packages were eligible for install. Contact software manufacturer for assistance.’

Ive tried resetting the date and it doesn’t work. Any suggestions as stores are closed due to coronavirus... not ideal. Laptop is currently unusable.

Thanks

MacBook Pro
