Safari 13.0.2 Error 10403

My App Store indicates an update to my Safari Browser version 13.0.2. When I run the update I get an Error 10403. Subsequently followed online instructions to close App Store and wait for update list to refresh. Same Issue. Done this 3 times now and cannot find a reference to this specific issue.

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

I ran the update in Safe Mode, with the same series of messages. I then looked at what I needed to do to set up a new admin user, but in the mean time had a power failure and the whole system rebooted again normally. It took a couple of days before I could get back to the issue... and now seems to have sorted itself out. Looking at updating to version 13.1 by the newest app update required.

Not sure what the issue was, but seems to have resolved through no actual effort by myself.
