macbook problem with Excel after upgrade to Catalina 10.15.3

I upgraded my 2018 MacBook Air to Catalina 10.15.3 and now all my Excel files are inverted. I have been using Office 365 for Mac

Apply the available updates for office from Microsoft.

This is a known issue that Microsoft issued patches for some time ago.
