iphone x bluetooth unstable connection

I recently bought my son an iPhone x. He is having problems with it using Bluetooth, specifically with his Samsung Galaxy Buds, but has also tested it with my Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones.

The bluetooth connection keeps dropping. He had no such problems with his previous iPhone SE. Is this a general problem with the iPhone X, or could it have a hardware fault?

iPhone 11 w iOS 13.7 can't stay connected to Bluetooth Just got iPhone 11pro w iOS 13.7 and wish I had seen all the threads about bluetooth issues w this iPhone model as coming from an iP8 and never ever got disconnected unless walked to far from speakers, never ever had phone headset disconnect and now it drops after 5 minutes and doesn't re-connect. Please let me know if Apple has a fix for this yet? Thank you!

IPhone 11 Pro - Bluetooth connectivity failure Purchased an iPhone 11 Pro yesterday. Connected my Bluetooth earpiece, however the Bluetooth signal concurrently drops and disconnects. My previous model - iPhone 7 Plus never had this issue and I had multiple earpiece Bluetooth devices connected.
