You don't see any emails that you've deleted?
Check the archive folder.

Can double check too by logging into your mail account on a web browser and see if it's there or not.
I spoke with apple. He shared my screens but he said since i archived them i couldn’t get them back. Thank you.
What happens when you go to the deleted folder?
I see trash and arcbives but no deleted folder
Trash/deleted would be the same folder.
When i go to trash i dont see trash/deleted
