Money I had in my iTunes account is gone.

I had a good amount of money in my iTunes account and it is no longer there. You have evidently changed the format of the iTunes program and evidently when you changed it my money disappeared.

How do I find out what has caused this problem?

I have done what you ask me to do. I can find nothing that shows I have a balance. I have lost, I believe around $50 from my account. I found no balance when made a purchase a couple of days ago. I went to the store per the directions. However; I couldn't open the store in the upper right corner - I had to open it on the left side of the frame.

Money I had in my iTunes account is gone.
