iPhone 11 Pro Max - inconsistent - lock button and other features do not always respond

Hi Folks,

Been having issues for the past two months with my iPhone 11 Pro Max, wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same things.

The lock button /power on button does not always lock the screen or start the phone, takes about 10 attempts on average. Siri doesn't always respond and it take multiple entries tapping the screen for random things to get it to register.

Anyone have any suggestions?
