Apple is not supported in that area. You cannot buy an app
Even Bhutan, Nepal, India, Pakistan listed but Bangladesh not, why?
We are fellow users like you and do not have access to that information.
2/3days ago I mailed apple authority about that issues. They replying me and call to me over phone, talking about 20mins. Hope near future they will solve that...
