iTunes App Store on PC Not Working

When i try to download apps from iTunes on my pc, no apps appear so i cannot download them.

iPhone 8, iOS 13

Hello emmit123. That feature is not included in recent versions of iTunes. Version 12.6.5.3 was the last and best such version. Versions older than 12.6.5.3 are no longer supported by the iTunes Store.
