Apple Watch Series 3 won't turn on

When hooked up to the charger, the Apple logo will show up but the watch won't turn on. Tried the hard reset and nothing. Any other tips?

It could be that the watch needs charging,give it a couple of hours and try the hard reset again.If that doesn't work try to get another charger and try that.
