What if I lost my phone and I can’t access two-factor authentication

What if I lost my iPhone. But I have no access to two-factor authentication.

If you don't have other trusted Apple devices and didn't set up any other trusted phone numbers (they can be Android phones, landlines, friends' or relatives' phones) then see the "What if I can't access a trusted device or didn't receive a verification code?" and "If I can't sign in, how do I regain access to my account?" sections of Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
