Iphone 11 Pro touch verify

I just purchased an Iphone 11 pro. For work to access my email, I need to use an authenticator which uses Touch to verify. How can you use this without a touch button?

Do you mean touch the screen, or were you referring to phones with the home button and Touch ID? The iPhone 11 Pro uses Face ID instead of Touch ID. If you are using an app or something to that affect that handles this authentication, you need to find out if it was coded to work with Face ID as well as Touch ID. I'm guessing you are not the only person at work that has an iPhone with Face ID. Check with your IT department.
