Trying to set up Apple TV 4. Box blinks constantly..connections are correct and source is correct. Remote is charged but doesn’t work. Any ideas?

During set up of Apple TV 4 box blinks constantly. Connections and source ar set correctly. Remote is charged but does nothing. Screen message says No Signal. Any ideas?

The flashing status light can signify that the software on the set-top box needs to be restored.

Restore your Apple TV through iTunes - Apple Support

If you can’t do that yourself (e.g. no iTunes available), then Apple can do it for you.
