Apple cannot do anything about the carrier (Verizon) lock situation on your iPhone. Verizon is the only one that can unlock your iPhone. When you call them again then ask what needs to happen before they will unlock your iPhone. They have their requirements. Good Luck.

Sir it’s a new iphone then they should lock this device. I paid the total amount of my phone . I check my phone status it’s not clean but it locked by Verizon. They not listed to any of over concerns
