How do I move/copy the heart rate data on my watch/phone to a format I can send to my doctor?

View and share your Health information

The ECG waveform, its associated classifications, and any noted symptoms will be saved in the Health app on your iPhone. You can also share a PDF with your doctor.

  1. Open the Health app.
  2. Tap the Browse tab, then tap Heart > Electrocardiograms (ECG).
  3. Tap the chart for your ECG result. 
  4. Tap Export a PDF for Your Doctor. 
  5. Tap the Share button  to print or share the PDF.
