Signal loss on Apple TV
Recently bought our first Apple TV 4K but been having Issues with the signal getting cut off randomly.
we have a Samsung Smart TV connected to the Apple TV, I’ve also purchase on Amazon 8k HDMI 2.1 48 Gbps High speed cable.
we aren’t able to go though any shows, movies without losing signal, screen goes black and comes back after several seconds.
what can I do to solve this issue or do I need to return the Apple TV?
