I got the message that i can instal to Update 15.10.3.
When i choose update, the system restart and I see the white beam from apple.
After that I log on with my username, and then I get the message that 15.10.3 is still available for update.
I think that the update does not work.
Can some one help me?

To exit Safe Mode, click the Restart button at the bottom of the screen.
Now go to App Store and try installing the 10.5.3 update.
If that doesn't help, try installing macOS Catalina 10.15.3 Combo Update.

download from Apple the Combo update and update it manually.
After restart several times, it look like the update is proceeding
