Installing MacOS High Sierra on MacBook Pro 7,1

I tried numerous times to install High Sierra on my MacBook pro but always comes up with an error message "An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again." I restarted and even shutdown the MacBook but is still not installing. Please share if anyone has the same issue and what remedy/ies you've taken to successfully install the high sierra. Thank you.
