Can't upgrade to OS Catalina

I am using mac os10.9.5, and try to upgrade to Catalina, but no response after I click "install", anyone can help? Thanks.

Please identify the exact model of your MacBook, otherwise it's impossible to know whether it is even capable of being upgraded to Catalina.
