My MacBook Air is currently running on macOS Catalina (10.15) and my iPad Pro is on iPadOS 13.3. Whenever I use my iPad as a secondary display with my MacBook via SideCar, after sometime of usage my MacBook just freezes and I have to restart it by holding the power button. If anybody has any solutions please help.

How are you using Sidecar on a MacBook Air 2015? Sidecar requires a 2016 Macintosh model or later. If you are using Sidecar on an unsupported Mac then you have modified the macOS which does not guarantee Sidecar to function as expected.
