In my downloaded music section, the recently added section is not up to date with my music. I have downloaded many songs to my library but the recently added section of my downloads is not up to date with that. It started I believe when I first updated to IOS 13. This is bothersome problem.
I experienced this in October and opened a support call at the time - and installing iOS 13.3.1 has now fixed it on my iPhone (although I didn't spot it as a fix in the release notes).
