Apple Music Question

i just got the iphone 11, and apple music is still basically the same except i don't see the plus signs for downloading music. i looked through all the actions but didn’t see any way to download the songs i want to. is this a glitch or something? if so, how can i fix it? i want to download songs but i cant :(

The plus sign is to add the song to your library, the cloud symbol is to download it. Are the songs on your phone already by chance?
