Can I upgrade straight from Sierra to Catalina?

I have a MacBook Pro mid 2015 model running OS Sierra with a partitioned hard drive to also run Windows. Unfortunately, I can no longer update my Microsoft Office 365 software, because my operating system is now too old. Can I upgrade straight to Catalina? Thanks in advance for the help.
