If i buy a 50 gb plan will i get 50gb each month or what ?
You'll be charged each month for continued access to the 50GB. It's a rental of space on Apple's servers, not a purchase.

You essentially are paying 99 cents per month to "rent" 50GB of storage.
You do not get an additional 50GB each month.
