Suspicious charges

Hi, although I only have one iTunes/Apple Music subscription monthly of £9.99, I’m getting charged by iTunes £21.99 and Apple £9.99 on a regular basis, every few days/couple weeks. 5 charges in December 2019 and now 3 charges in 6 days in January. I’ve contacted my bank, froze my Debit card and cancelled my subscription with you temporarily until sorted. Please advise.
