on Ipad problem with activation lock-I can not remember email address or password
YOu need to remember that or you will not be able to use the device

it's a theft protection if https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid
can't help you then your best bet is
https://getsupport.apple.com/ and or https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
It is useless in my case I am not able to contact support neither by mail or chat service...
